20例输尿管肾镜下钬激光治疗肾盂癌的护理

摘　　要：报告20例输尿管肾镜下钬激光切除肾盂癌的围手术期护理。实施护理措施：术前做好心理护理及健康教育，加强社会支持，做好特殊体位的训练及常规术前；住备：术后做好一般护理，加强肾功能监测及导尿管、输尿管导管的护理，灌注化疗护理，预防和重视并发症，做好出院指导。本组无近期死亡，有1例并发肾绞痛，2例并发尿路感染，1例并发膀胱癌经治疗和护理后痊愈。We report 20 cases of nursing at peri-operation of ureteronepheroscopic hohnium laser ablation of renal pelvis cancer. The pre-operative measures are as followed： mental care, health education, social support, training of special posture and the conventional preoperative preparation; and the post-operative measures include： conventional post-operative care, monitoring of the renal function, catheter and ureteral catheter care, infusion chemotherapy care, prevention and attention to complications, and the guidance of discharge. There is no recent death in thses cases and lcase complicated with renal colic, 2 cases with urinary tract infection and 1 case with bladder cancer which was cured after treatment and care.
