摘　　要：课题组对甘肃省会宁等6个县14个村抽样调查发现:贫困地区的农村妇女生育状况落后、家庭环境卫生状况落后、家庭地位低、社会政治地位低、同时承担繁重的家务劳动和农业生产劳动。贫困家庭妇女不仅是主要的农业劳动者,而且是维持家庭生存和生活、孩子抚育和受教育监督、家庭卫生健康和疾病预防的主力。因此,加强妇女儿童的身体健康与保护,尽快铲除贫困发生的社会根源,逐步形成并完善农村医疗保障机制;提高贫困地区妇女的实用劳动技能和素质教育,提高贫困地区妇女的政治地位,消除不利于妇女参与扶贫开发的不利因素,为妇女的参与创造机会等,是提高农村妇女的地位和发挥其作用的主要途径。Nowadays, women play more and more important role of agricultural production and rural community development in Gansu. The women in poor families are not only the main agricultural laborers, but also the leadings of maintaining the family＇s living and subsistence, supervising the children＇s upbringing and receiving education, preventing a disease and keeping the family＇s sanitary and healthy. However, in poor regions, the state of women is still very poor in the facet of bearing, household, civilization and politics, Therefore, in order to achieve the increasing of rural economy of Gansu, it is important to take the women as the first role, to improve theft status and function and accomplish the benign interactivity between the economic increasing and improvement of rural women＇s status and function, as it is not only the key of accelerating the modernization of country and agriculture, but also the sticking point of breaking through the rattrap of Gansu＇s agriculture and the developing of rural society. This text passes the inquisition of the present condition of state of women in the depressed areas, analyzes the state and function of women in the depressed areas, points out the countermeasure of improve the state and function of women in the depressed area.
