摘　　要：劳动价值论是马克思主义理论的基石,也是政治经济学最重要的基础理论之一。随着时代的发展,社会经济条件发生了很大的变化,深化对在社会主义市场经济条件下的劳动和劳动价值论的认识和研究,对于进一步解放思想、转变观念、推动我国的改革开放和现代化建设,具有十分重要的意义。本文从论述马克思的劳动价值论出发,浅谈了在产业机构变化中有巨大发展潜力的第三产业所引发的价值创造的问题,从而说明将劳动价值学说中的丰富内容发掘出来,并将其进行发展,是完全可以适用于现代市场经济中的新形势和新情况的。With the endless development of society, the labor theory of value should keep up with the times. Now the tertiary industry is developing so fast, someone says the value creation of tertiary industry could not be explained by the labor theory of value, or even destroy the system of this theory. In this article, we quotes the originals of Marx to show the value creation totally obeying the labor theory of value, and then point out the researches and developments of this theory are Very important in promoting Sinic reform and opening-up, even in the economic development.
