HPLC法测定养心安神颗粒中五味子乙素的含量

摘　　要：目的建立养心安神颗粒中五味子乙素的含量测定方法。方法采用Krom asil C18色谱柱（5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm）;以甲醇-乙腈-水（45∶27∶28）为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min^-1,检测波长为254 nm。结果五味子乙素在2.032-32.512 mg·L^-1呈现良好的线性关系（R2=0.999 9）,在养心安神颗粒中的平均回收率为98.70%,RSD为1.08%（n=5）。结论该法灵敏、准确、专属性强、重现性好,可作为养心安神颗粒的质量控制方法。Aim To establish an assay of γ-sehisandri in Yangxin＇anshen Granules by HPLC. Methods Kromasil C18 （5 μm, 150 mm×4.6 ram） analytieal column was used. The mobile phase consisted of Methanol-Acetonitrile-Water（45： 27：28 ）. The deteetion wavelength was 254 nm. Results The ealibration eurves were linear between 2. 032 - 32. 512 mg · L^-1 （ R2 = 0. 999 9 ）. The average recoveries of γ-schisandri in Yangxin＇anshen Granules were 98.70% ,and RSD was 1.08% （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, aceurate and suitable for the determination of Yangxin＇anshen Granules.
