辛伐他汀治疗急性冠脉综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察辛伐他汀在急性冠脉综合征的治疗中对血脂及心血管事件发生的影响。方法:60例ACS患者随机分成辛伐他汀治疗组30例,常规治疗组30例。辛伐他汀治疗组在入院后即给予辛伐他汀20mg,每晚一次口服。治疗前,治疗后4周分别查血脂,肝肾功能,心肌酶,心电图,同时随访二个月心血管事件发生情况。结果:4周后辛伐他汀治疗组血脂比治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),常规治疗组血脂在治疗前后无显著变化(P>0.05)。心血管事件发生辛伐他汀治疗组与常规治疗组比较有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:应用辛伐他汀不仅可以降低血脂,而且可以减少心血管事件的发生。Objective： To observe the effect of simvastatin on the level change of blood lipid and occurrence about cardio - vascular affairs in patients with acute coronary syndromes（ACS） .Methods：A total of 60 ACS were randomly divided into simvastatin group（30 cases） and routine therapy group（30 cases）. Simvastatin group give simvastatin 20mg,once every night.Blood lipid, fimefion of liver and kidney,cardiae-muscle enzyme,cardiogram, simultaneously visit occurrence about cardio-vascular affairs in two months.Results： In simvastatin group the level of blood lipid were lower in ACS patient after therapy 4 weeks（ P 〈 0.05）. Routine therapy group were not prominently change（ P 〉 0.05）. Oecurrenee about vascular affairs have markedly difference between simvastatin group and trofine therapy group（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions： Simvastatin can not only reduce the level of blood lipid,but also reduee occurrence about cardio- vascular affairs.
