摘　　要：荣氏兄弟是鸦片战争和中日甲午战争后,在"实业救国"思潮影响下涌现出来的我国杰出的民族实业家。出身低微的荣氏兄弟,能在极其艰难的条件下创建规模庞大的荣氏集团,取得辉煌的成功,成为中国民族工业的皎皎者,与他们在兴办实业过程中,从社会实际情况和自身企业发展实际需要出发,实施了一套正确有效的育才用人之道密不可分。其育才用人之道,至今仍具有重要的借鉴意义。Rong brothers are outstanding national businessmen during the Opium War and Sino-Japanese War of 1894 - 1895, affected by the thoughts of ＂Industry can save the nation＂. Low-born brothers established the group of grand scale, acquired resplendent success, becoming prominent Chinese industrialist. Proceeding from the considerations of real social situation and the company＇s development, they applied effective measures in employing and training talents during the process of their development which can still be used for reference today.
