摘  要:利用25个微卫星标记,对以隐性白羽鸡和仙居鸡为亲本建立的F2资源群体500只鸡进行遗传检测,并测定各个体的活体重、屠体重、胸肌重、腿肌重和腹脂重,采用方差分析法对标记与性状进行连锁分析。结果表明:各位点平均等位基因数为5,平均杂合度为0.701 2,平均多态信息含量为0.646 8。方差分析显示:MCW 0095、ABR0322、ADL289、MCW 004、ADL166、MCW 104和MCW 67对活体重、屠体重有显著影响(P<0.05或0.01);ADL211、MCW 004和ADL0301对胸肌重有显著影响(P<0.05或0.01);MCW 004、ADL0301和MCW 67对腿肌重有极显著影响(P<0.01)。表明这些标记与性状间可能存在连锁关系。Twenty five microsatellite DNA markers were selected from poultry genome, and the genetic diversity of 500 chickens in F2 segregation population which were recessive. White chicken mated Xianju chicken were detected, and the 5 slaughter traits of F2 segregation population were measured. Effects of 9 loci on 5 slaughter traits were analyzed with SAS9. 0 statistic software. The results showed that: the average allelic number were 5, average heterozygosity was 0. 701 2 and average polymorphism information content is0.646 8. The effect of MCW0095, ABR0322, ADL289, MCW004, ADL166, MCW104, MCW67 on alive weight and slaughter weight, ADL211, MCW004, ADL0301 on breast muscle weight reached a significant (P 〈 0. 05 or 0. 01 ). The effect of MCW004, ADL0301, MCW67 on thigh weight were also significant (P 〈 0. 05 or 0. 01 ), others had no significant effect on the 6 slaughter traits.
