摘　　要：采用免疫组织化学SP法,对leptin长型受体(LR-b)在大鼠听觉核团中分布进行了定位研究。结果表明,在大鼠的耳蜗神经核、上橄榄核、外侧丘系核、下丘、内侧膝状体和听皮质中均有LR阳性神经元的分布。推测,leptin作用于听觉传导通路相关核团中的神经元,可能与维持大鼠正常的听觉功能有关。Immunohistochemical SP method was used to study the expression and localization of long-form leptin receptor （LR-b） in auditory nuclei of rats. The leptin-receptor immunohistochemical neurons were observed in the cochlear nucleus, lateral superior olive, lateral lemniscuses, inferior colliculus, medial geniculate nucleus and auditory cortex. It can be hypothesized that leptin acting on the neurons in auditory nuclei is related to the normal auditory function of rats.
