人脐带血采集数量和质量的影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨人脐带血采集数量和质量的若干影响因素及提高脐带血采集数量和质量的方法。方法:采集脐带血260例,分析产妇及胎儿的若干影响因素与脐血采集数量和质量的关系。结果:分娩方式、婴儿体重、胎盘娩出方式可影响脐血采集质和量(P<0.05)。另外,采集过程中的污染等也可影响脐血采集。结论:选择合适的供者和采集的方法可有效提高脐血采集数量和质量。Objective To explore the influencing factor on quantity and quality of human umbilical cord blood collection,and methods elevating quantity and quality of umbilical cord blood collection.Method 260 samples of human umbilical cord blood were collected,and the relationship of influencing factors with quantity and quality of human umbilical cord blood collection were analyzed.Results Delivery style,baby weight and placenta parturition style are the important factors influencing quantity and quality of human umbilical cord blood collection（P〈0.05）,and contamination during collection is also a influencing factor.Conclusion Suitable donator choice and collection method are the important factors influencing quantity and quality of human umbilical cord blood collection.
