依帕司他片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察依帕司他片对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。方法:80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组;治疗组40例给予口服依帕司他片50mg,3次/d;对照组40例给予肌注维生素B121 000μg,隔日1次;均以4周为1疗程;观察两组患者的主观症状和糖尿病周围神经功能障碍改善情况的总有效率。结果:治疗组总有效率为82.5%,对照组总有效率为22.5%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:口服依帕司他片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变安全有效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Epalrestat tablets in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Method 80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into two groups randomly. 40 patients in the observation group were treated with orally Epalrestat tablets （50mg, tid ）. 40 patients in the control group were treated with VitB12 of intramuscular injection （ 1 000μg, every other day）. The treatment course of the two groups was both 4 weeks and observed the improvement of symptom and peripheral nerve dysfunction. Results The total effective rate was 82.5% in the observation group and 22.5% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Orally Epalrestat tablet is effective and safe in.the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
