摘　　要：新时期西藏在社会面貌发生重大变化的同时,社会矛盾也呈现出许多新的特点,矛盾的性质和结构也有所变化。正确认识新时期西藏社会矛盾,对存在于西藏经济、政治、思想领域不同性质的矛盾进行深入分析和把握,并通过采取有效措施,努力构建社会主义和谐西藏,协调和处理新时期西藏社会矛盾,对于推进西藏经济社会的跨越式发展和我国实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标具有重要意义。While Tibet is going through many important social changes, the social contradiction presents many new features and its nature and structure also change in some degree. It is significant for the promotion of Tibetan economy and the realization of building cial contradiction and analyze the contradictions in a well-off society in China to properly understand the so- the economic, political and spiritual fields and to harmonize and deal with the contradictions by taking some measures to construct socialized harmonious Tibet.
