摘　　要：文章介绍了1992年至2003年期间羊八井宇宙线超高能粒子源与超高能伽玛天文现象的观测及其研究成果。经过十多年艰苦的观测研究,取得了阶段性重要研究成果。2003年8月,西藏自治区科技厅组织有关专家组对该项目进行了阶段性结题验收,并且对研究成果给予充分肯定。The UHE Cosmic Ray particle source and UHE-γastronomical Phenomenon Observation in Yangbajing and its achievements during the year of 1992 --- 2003 are introduced in this paper. The program is sponsored by Science and Technology Department of Tibet Autonomous Region. After having about ten years＇ observation study, it has obtained some important findings. In August, 2003, some experts were invited to inspect the achievements of the program and the achievements were approved by the experts.
