摘  要:研究了真空和分解氨气氛对316L和304L不锈钢粉末烧结性能的影响。结果表明:1300℃时,真空烧结的密度比分解氨气氛烧结的高;由于氮的渗入,分解氨气氛烧结的抗拉强度比真空烧结时高出很多,但延伸率却低了很多。Effects of vacuum sintering and dissociated ammonia si ntering on the properties of 316 Land 304 L stainless steel powders were studied. Experimental results showed that, at 1 300℃, the density sintered in vacuum was higher than that in dissociated ammonia; because of nitridation, the tensile strengths of 316 L and 304 L sintered in dissociated ammonia was much higher than that in vacuum, while elongation was rather lower.
