摘　　要：本文通过资本流入对我国实际汇率的影响、资本流入的易变性及资本流入对我国经贸结构的影响三方面的实证研究,对资本流入对我国经济发展产生的负效应进行了检验。资本持续、大量的流入对一国经济发展并非都是有利的,在我国资本账户自由化和汇率制度改革的过程中,应当采取一些微观的资本管制措施防范资本逆转。In this paper, through an empirical analysis, the author formulates the influence of capital inflow on Chinese real exchange rate, the volatilities of capital inflow and the influence of capital inflow on Chinese economy and trade struc- ture. The continual and considerable capital inflow is not favorable all the while. In the process of China′s capital account liberalization and exchange rate system reform, we should use some micro-measures of capital control to prevent capital reversal.
