摘  要:在中华绒螯蟹卵巢快速发育阶段(9-12月初),经三个月饥饿后,卵巢指数从平均3.23增加到8.19,卵巢总脂含量略有增加,绝对脂肪含量每只蟹从开始的191mg增加到513mg。但饥饿后的卵巢与正常的成熟卵巢指数及脂肪含量相比,显著降低,这说明饥饿较大影响了卵巢的正常发育和成熟;肝胰腺指数从5.85~7.48降为0.75~4.13,其绝对含量也显著降低,每只蟹平均降低1270mg,大大高于卵巢在饥饿时增加积累的脂肪,说明肝胰腺的脂肪除了转运到发育的卵巢中去以外,大部分脂肪应作为能量被消耗。饥饿期间卵巢对来源于肝胰腺长链多不饱和脂肪酸,尤其C20:5和C20:4优先选择利用,暗示这些脂肪酸是卵巢发育必需的脂肪酸,但对来源于肝胰腺的C18:3利用最低,显示C18:3不是卵巢发育的必需脂肪酸。The changes of the lipid composition in ovary and hepatopancreas of the Chinese mitten crab after 3 months starvation during the ovarian fast developing period were investigated. During the period of starvation, the average total ovarian lipid content were not significantly increased, the means of OGI (ovarian or gonadosomatic index) value were highly increased from 3.24 to 8.19, so that the means of absolute lipid amounts of the individual crab ovary increased remarkably from about 191 mg to 513 mg. Nevertheless, the OGI or total lipid content value of wild crab ovary were much higher than the experimental crabs, which indicated that the starvation during the period of ovarian fast development can retard the ovarian normal maturation. The HSI (hepatopancreatic somatic index) decreased from 5.85 - 7.48 at initial to 0.75 - 4.23 after 3 months starvation and value of the absolute hepatopancreatic lipid decrease of individual crab (by 1 270 mg) was far above its ovarian increase (by 322 mg). It demonstrated that large amount of the decreased lipid in hepatopancreas was used as energy demand for the basic metabolism and biosynthesis processes of vitellogenesis, and only a little was transferred to ovary for using as membrane components or converted to reserve lipid. The higher ovarian utilization of highly polyunsaturated fatty acids HUFA from the hepatopancreas during the starvation of the Chinese mitten crab is C20:5 and C20 : 4, which indicated that the ovary has a preference of utilization of the HUFA from the hepapancreaces, implying those fatty acids are crucial for ovarian development and are necessary for its development, but the lower orarian utilization of C18:3 from hepatopancreas implying this fatty acids is not necessary for orarian development. The results also demonstrated that starvation could narrow the percentage difference between the long chain unsaturated fatty acids of the PL and NL, which were able to affect the ovarian maturation.
