摘  要:基于生物医学光学的原理与测量技术,设计了无损检测光波沿人体经脉线传输特性的实验方案,测量了633nm光波沿心包经脉线和旁开非经脉线方向的光波辐出度特征,分析了光波调制频率对测量光信号的影响。实验对象为20例健康青年志愿者,实验结果采用医学统计软件SPSS13.0进行统计分析。研究初步表明:光波沿经脉线方向和非经脉线方向的光强度衰减差异明显(P<0.01),且光波沿经脉线方向的衰减小于非经脉线方向;在低频范围内,光波调制频率越大,光波沿经脉线的衰减越快。The noninvasive measurement method of ligh propagation along human meridian is established based on the prindpie and measurement technique of biomedical optics,and the emittance characteristics for 633 nm radiation along the Pericardium meridian line and non-meridian line are measured respectively. Twenty young volunteers are employed in this experiment. Furthermore,the influence of light modulation frequency on the detected light signal is discussed. Statistical software SPSS13. 0 is used to analyze the resutls. It is shown primarily that light attenuation along meridian is less than that along no,meridian obviously (P〈0. 01). Moreover,in the range of low frequency, light attenuates more seriously along the meridian as light modulation frequency is increasing. The method is valuable t'or further studying the physical properties of acupoints and meridians,and it is useful for clinical application.
