摘  要:在1 mol/L的冰醋酸溶剂中,丹参中水溶性酚酸类成分能与铁氰化钾-三氯化铁发生显色反应,故可用比色法测定丹参及其制剂中水溶性酚酸(以原儿茶醛计)的总量。原儿茶醛在0.444 8~2.002μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:A=0.052 37c+0.076 54(r=0.999 8),加样平均回收率99.2%,RSD 1.0%。该法简便快速,结果准确,重现性好,可用于丹参及其制剂的质量控制。In a solution containing 1 mol/L glacial acetic acid the water-soluble phenolic compounds in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae could enter into chromogenic reaction with potassium ferricyanide-iron chloride,and the total water-soluble phenolic acidity in the cultivated and wild Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae from different sources and its preparations(calculated in terms of protocatechualdehyde) were determined by colorimetric spectrophotometry.The spectrophotometric results were linearly related to the concentration of protocatechualdehyde in the range of 0.444 8~2.002 μg/mL.The regression equation is:A=0.052 37c+0.076 54(in which r=0.999 8).The recoveries and relative standard deviation were 99.2% and 1.0%,respectively.The method is simple,quick and accurate with good reproducbility,and can be used to control the quality of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and its preparations.
