摘  要:在0.60 mol/L H3PO4介质中,Pb(Ⅱ)与过量的I^-离子形成[PbI4]^2-配阴离子,并进一步与罗丹明6G(Rh6G)形成离子缔合物,该离子缔合物在315 nm处产生强烈的共振瑞利散射光谱。缔合物体系的散射光强度ΔI与Pb(Ⅱ)的质量浓度在0.04~0.20μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,Pb(Ⅱ)的检出限为0.032μg/mL。方法用于测定环境水样中痕量铅,结果与分光光度法相符。In a medium containing 0.60 mol/L H3PO4,lead(Ⅱ) reacts with excessive I^-to form a complex anion,[PbI4]^2-,which can further react with rhodamine 6G(Rh6G) to form an ion-association complex.The ion-association complex can result in a significant enhancement of resonance Rayleigh scattering at 315 nm.The scattering intensity ΔI of the system is linearly related to the concentration of lead(Ⅱ) in the range of 0.04~0.20 μg/mL.The detection limit of this method for lead(Ⅱ) is 0.032 μg/mL.This method has been applied to the determination of trace lead in environmental water,and its results are in good agreement with those provided by spectrophotometry.
