摘 要:以γ-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷(CPTES)和硫氰酸盐为原料,通过相转移催化法合成得到标题化合物。研究了不同的相转移催化剂、反应温度、反应时间、原料配比对反应的影响,通过IR和GC确定了产物的结构和纯度,并与德国Degussa公司Si-264的性能进行了比较。Thiocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane was synthesized by a novel method.With γ-chloropropyltriethoxysilane(CPTES) and thiocyanate used as starting materials,the target product was prepared in an aqueous phase in the presence of a phase transfer catalyst.The impact of factors on the reaction,including the types of phase transfer catalyst,the reaction temperature,the reaction time and the ratio of starting materials,was discussed.Finally,the structure and purity of the product were characterized and analyzed by IR and GC,with its properties compared with those of Si-264 manufactured by Degussa of Germany.
