摘　　要：邓小平体育思想是邓小平理论的组成部分,近些年来,国内对邓小平体育思想的研究出现了一些偏差,把本应处于总揽全局地位的全民健身同竞技体育并列起来,甚至在某种程度上更重视竞技体育,并且这种理论长期被决策者所采纳,再加上其它一些因素,导致了重竞技、轻群体的现象。要改变这种状况,就要重新对体育两大战略的关系进行辩证分析,突出全民健身的优先发展地位。As an importance composing part of Deng Xiaoping＇s sports thought, study on strategic view on sports appears some warp, appose the nationwide fitness and competitive skills, even more think much of the latter, and this kind of theory is accepted by decision - making person, superadd other more factors, has resulted in the phenomena of thinking highly of competitive while look down upon colony appears. Change this kind of state, should expression the relation between two great strategies of sports again, stress the preferential development position of nationwide fitness programs.
