摘　　要：通过问卷调查和实地考察,获取22所军校贯彻落实"军标"情况的量化数据,然后进行统计分析。结果表明,我军院校在实施"军标"的过程中,没有统一的教学大纲可参照执行,并且各院校没有很好落实"军标"规定的内容。建议主管职能部门进一步完善"军标"实施细则。Throngh the questionnaire survey and on- the-spot investigation method, the author gains the quantification data on implementations of 22 military colleges and universities to carry out the ＂Standard on Servicemen＇ s Physical Ability＂, then carries on the statistical analysis. The result indicated there was no uniform syllabus can reference implementation, and the institutions did not properly. The paper suggested the manager functional departments further improving the executive regulation of the standard.
