光谱峰面积技术在光度法测定食品微量铁含量中的应用

摘　　要：在邻二氮菲光度法的基础上,引入光谱峰面积技术,对微量铁进行定量测定,该方法避免了有关离子的干扰,提高了准确度.对于面粉、奶粉和肝等食品样品进行分析,结果令人满意.　In order to mensurate the certain amount of iron,I apply the spectrum-kurtosis technic on the basis of using orthophenanthroline spectroscopy,this method can avoid to be disturbed by oher ions and raise the accuracy.I have applied this method to analyse the sample of powdered milk,flour,liver etc.,the process and result is satisfactory.
