开发区影响范围测度及其辐射效应分析——以武汉东湖高新技术开发区为例

摘　　要：确定地区中心的影响范围是城镇体系规划、城市经济区划的一项基础工作.依据空间相互作用理论,运用断裂点模型,分析确定了武汉东湖高新技术开发区的辐射影响范围,划分了东湖开发区辐射的核心区、紧密区、半紧密区以及边缘区4个圈层,充分体现出江夏区是主要受辐射地区,具有优越的地理和经济区位.最后在此基础上分析了开发区的辐射效应,主要体现在区域经济总量的增长、区域经济产业结构的变化和区域经济空间结构的变化3个方面.　Measurement of affective ranges of the regional center is a basic work in the urban system plan and the division of urban economic zones.This paper measures affective ranges of the Wuhan East-lake Hi-tech Development Zone by the theory of space interaction and using the breaking-point model,and divides its affective ranges to four circle Layers.The results show that Jiangxia district is the main affected area,having the special and ideal position.Further,paper analyzes the radiation effects of the Development Zone,which are reflected in the growing of regional economic aggregate,upgrading of regional economic industrial structure and evolution of regional economic spatial structure.
