症状性子宫肌瘤子宫内膜中一氧化氮合酶的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的检测上皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)及诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)在症状性子宫肌瘤子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中的表达,探讨NO/NOS在症状性子宫肌瘤中的作用。方法观察组71例中49例为症状性子宫肌瘤患者,22例无症状子宫肌瘤患者,32例正常子宫内膜组织,应用免疫组织化学SP法检测eNOS和iNOS在子宫内膜组织中的表达。结果症状性子宫肌瘤子宫内膜中的eNOS和iNOS的表达在增生期和分泌期均明显高于对照组;eNOS和iNOS在症状性子宫肌瘤组的表达高于无症状性子宫肌瘤组。结论eNOS和iNOS在症状性子宫肌瘤内膜组织中呈持续性过强表达,提示NO/NOS可能是造成子宫肌瘤月经改变的原因。Objective To detect the expressions of epithelialnitrie oxide synthase （eNOS） and inducible nitric oxide synthase （iNOS） in endometrium of patients with sympotomatic uterine leiomyomas, and to investigate the effect of NO/NOS on sympotomatic uterine leiomyomas. Methods Immunohistochemieal SP method was used to detect the expressions of eNOS and iNOS in 49 patients with symptomatic uterine leiomyomas and 22 patients with symptornless uterine leiomyomas and 32 women with normal endometrium. Results The expressions of eNOS and iNOS were all significantly higher in symptomatic uterine leiomyomas than those in normal endometrium. The expression of eNOS and iNOS in symptomatic uterine leiomyomas was higher than that insymptornless uterine leiomyomas. Conclusion The expression of eNOS and iNOS in endometrium of patients with symptomatic uterine leiomyomas is eont inuously increased, which suggests that NO/NOS may be one of the reasons of irregular menstruation caused by uterine leiomyomas.
