红花注射液对系膜增生性肾炎患者凝血及纤溶指标和蛋白尿的影响

摘　　要：目的观察红花注射液对系膜增生性肾炎患者血浆D-D聚体、抗凝血酶-Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)含量及蛋白尿的影响。方法将70例系增膜生性肾炎患者随机分为2组,对照组给予常规药物治疗,治疗组给予红花注射液加常规药物治疗,4周为1疗程。通过观察2组患者治疗前后D-D聚体、抗凝血酶-Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)含量、及蛋白尿的变化评价疗效。结果疗程结束后治疗组血浆AT-Ⅲ含量明显升高、蛋白尿明显减少,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗组D-D聚体含量明显降低(P<0.01)。结论红花注射液可以明显降低系膜增生性肾炎患者血浆D-D聚体含量,提高血浆AT-Ⅲ含量,起到抗凝和抑制血小板聚集作用并能减少患者的蛋白尿。Objective To observe the effect of Carthamus tinctoris in jection on serum D-polymer, Antithromhin Ⅲ and amount of proteinuria in patients with mesengial proliferative glomerulonephritis. Methods 70 patients with mesengial proliferative glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into two groups, in treatment group the patients were treated with Carthamus tinctoris injection and routine therapy, while in control group were treated with routine therapy, the couse was 4 weeks. Results Serum AT-Ⅲ in treatment gruop was higher, the amount of proteinuria was lower than in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the D-polymer was lower obverously （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Carthamus tinctoris injection can increse the serum AT-Ⅲ level while decrese the D-polymer and proteinuria.
