奥美拉唑加法莫替丁治疗消化性溃疡的效费比研究

摘　　要：目的观察奥美拉唑加法莫替丁联用与单用奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的疗效和费用比。方法将89例消化性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(44例),在治疗组用奥美拉唑20mg,1次/d,加法莫替丁20mg,2次/d;对照组单用奥美拉唑20mg,2次/d,两组均加甲硝唑和阿莫西林。结果治疗组与对照组治愈率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),医药费用明显降低(P<0.05),两组均无不良反应。结论奥美拉唑加法莫替丁治疗消化性溃疡疗效及不良反应与单用奥美拉唑相当,但费用明显减低。Objective To observe the effect and cost ratio of omeprazole and famolidine on peptic ulcer. Methods Eighty-nine patients with peptic ulcer were randomized into two groups： control group （45 cases received omeprazole 20mg qd and famotidine 20rag bid ） ;Treatment group（44 cases received omeprazole 20mg bid）. The two groups all received arilin and amoxicillin. Results The effective rates of treatment group and control group were no significance between them （ P 〉 0.05） , medical expenses obviously depressed （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the difference of adverse effect was no signicance. Conclusion For those patients with duodenal ulcer and hemorrhage, losec is a safe and effective medicine and worth spreading in clinic,which has high hemostatic role and no apparent side effect. The effect and adverse effect of omeprazole 20mg qd and famotidine 20mg bid correspond to only omeprazole 20rag bid, but expense depressed obviously.
