摘  要:采用vis/H2O2/草酸铁法,对活性艳红染料废水进行处理。研究了H2O2、K2C2O4和Fe2(SO4)3.7H2O的投加量、pH值和光照时间等因素对染料废水处理效果的影响和最佳处理条件。结果表明,pH值2.5;30%H2O2的投加量0.1 mL;0.1 mol/L Fe2(SO4)3.7H2O的投加量1.0 mL;0.1 mol/L K2C2O4的投加量1.5 mL;光照时间40 min的最佳条件下,70 mg/L的活性艳红模拟染料废水脱色率可达99.82%。通过对vis/H2O2/草酸铁法和Fenton法、H2O2法、草酸铁法等方法进行对比实验,vis/H2O2/草酸铁法明显优于其他方法,是一项有研究价值和开发应用前景的污染治理新技术。The reactive brilliant red dyeing wastewater was treated by vis/ H2O2/ferric oxalate complexes. The effects of different kinds of factors (such as, pH value, the dosage of H2O2,K2C2O4 and Fe2 (SO4)3·7H2O, as well as shining time) were tested. The experimental results show that the decolorization rate can be up to 99.82% for 70 mg/L reactive brilliant red dyeing wastewater under the best treatment conditions (pH value is 2.5, the dosage of the 30% H2O2,0. 1 mol/L Fe2 (SO4)3 and 0.1 mol/L K2C2O4 is 0. 1 mL, 1.0 mL and 1.5 mL respectively, the shining time is 40 min). Through comparative experiments, the method with vis/H2O2/ ferric oxalate complexes process is the most effective one among Fenton process,H2O2 process and ferric oxalate process.
