摘 要:应用PDA培养基稀释法,对一乙醇胺抑制玉米大斑Exserohilum turcicum、小麦全蚀病菌Gaeumannomycesgraminisvar.tritici、黑曲霉Aspergillus niger、禾谷镰刀菌Fusarium graminearum、茄腐镰刀菌Fusarium solani等5种植物病原性真菌的抗菌活性进行研究,结果表明,一乙醇胺有较强的抑菌活性,对上述5种真菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为0.3%、0.3%、0.4%、0.6%和0.6%;并且其抑制作用随浓度的升高而增强,呈较强的浓度依赖,当药物浓度达到最小抑菌浓度时,对所有的真菌均出现持久的抑制作用。因此,一乙醇胺作为一种强效、长效的植物病原性真菌抑菌、杀菌剂或前药,具有开发价值。The fungistasis activity of monoethanolamine(MEA) was investigated by means of PDA dilution to Exserohilum turcicum, C, aeumannomyces graminis vat trltic,Aspergillus niger, Fusarium graminearum and Fusarium solani. The result showed that MEA possessed high fungistasis activity and its MIC against 5 fungius species were 0.3% ,0.3% ,0.4% , 0.6% and 0.6% respectively. The fungistasis activity of MEA demonstrated tightly positive correlation with its concentration in culture,and the tested fungi were kept inhibiting when the MEA concentration in culture reached its MIC. The result indicated that there was considerably worthy of studying MEA as a potent drug for treating pathogenic fungi of plant.
