摘 要:目的探讨颅内出血(ICH)新生儿血浆胃动素(MTL)和血清促胃液素(GAS)水平变化及其与病程、病情轻重程度及消化系统并发症的关系。方法颅内出血组26例,健康足月新生儿30例为健康对照组。应用放射免疫分析法测定患儿生后2d内、3~5d、7~10d、12~15d血MTL和GAS水平,并与健康对照组进行比较。结果颅内出血新生儿血MTL、GAS水平明显高于健康对照组(Pa<0.01),以出生后2d内血MTL和GAS水平最高,随病情发展其水平下降缓慢,12~15d部分患儿恢复正常,但与健康对照组比较仍有统计学意义(Pa<0.05)。结论颅内出血新生儿可引起MTL和GAS分泌异常;测定其水平可作为颅内出血新生儿病情、预后及治疗的判定指标。 Objective To explore the changes of the plasma motilin(MTL)and serum gastrin(GAS)levels and their relationship with course of disease,the severity,the complication of digestive system in neonates with intracranial haemorrhage(ICH).Methods The objects were 26 cases of term newborns with ICH,the healthy control group contained 30 cases of healthy term newborns.Plasma motilin and serum gastrin concentration were measured by radioimmmunoassay in 26 cases of newborns with ICH in the 2 d,3-5 d,7-10 d,and 12-15 d after birth,and compared with the healthy control group.Results Compared with healthy control group,the blood GAS and MTL levels of neonatal ICH group increased dramatically(Pa〈0.01)and reached the peak in the first 2 days,then began to fall slowly during the course of the di-sease;Some of the newborns regained normal,but the mean level still had statistical significance compared to those of healthy control group(Pa〈0.05)at 12-15 d.Conclusions The ICH of newborn can cause abnormal secretion of MTL and GAS,and the measurement of MTL and GAS can be regarded as an index for the assessment of pathogenetic condition,prognosis and treatment.
