摘 要:采用有限元数值模拟方法研究了CO2气体保护堆焊的角变形动态过程.为了反映夹具和焊接件的接触状态,将夹具和焊件统一建立有限元模型.对计算焊接角变形的接触约束二维模型、位移约束二维模型和位移约束三维模型进行了比较,并与试验结果进行了对比分析.研究结果表明:虽然二维模型不能反映焊接角变形的动态过程,但能得到和试验结果一致的残余角变形;三维模型能反映焊接过程中的动态角变形,但计算效率低;接触约束模型能计算出焊接件在夹具作用下的摩擦力和接触压力.The contact between welding plate and fixture is treated as constraint in the finite element model of dynamic welding angular distortion simulation for overlayer in CO2 gas arc welding. The simulated results of 2D model with contact constraint, 2D model with displacement constraint, and 3D model with displacement constraint are comparatively analyzed with the experiment. The results show that the simulated results of 2D models do not correspond to the dynamic distortion of the welding plate, while the calculated residual distortion is close to the experimental result; a good agreement between the simulated result of 3D model and the measured one is observed with a long computing period. The friction stress and contact pressure between the welding plate and the fixture can be evaluated during welding with the contact model.
