摘  要:选用9只2.5岁的小尾寒羊羯羊为试验动物,进行了秸秆分解剂处理玉米秸秆的消化代谢试验。9只小尾寒羊羯羊随机分为试验组和对照组,其中试验组6只,饲喂用秸秆分解剂处理过的玉米秸秆,对照组3只,饲喂不经分解剂处理的玉米秸秆。预试期10 d,正试期10 d。试验结果表明:经秸秆分解剂处理过的玉米秸秆的DM、OM、CP、NDF和ADF的表观消化率均有所增加,其中DMD和OMD分别增加了7.28%和7.26%(分别提高了4.66和4.55个百分点),试验组和对照组的差异显著(P<0.05);NDFD和ADFD分别增加了12.44%和9.95%(分别提高了6.75和4.72个百分点),试验组和对照组的差异极显著(P<0.01)。表明,使用秸秆分解剂后,小尾寒羊对玉米秸秆的表观消化率显著提高,从而可大量利用玉米秸秆,大大节约饲养成本,提高经济效益。9 litter-tail suckling sheep of 2.5-year old were selected to carry on straw resolve digestion metabolic test. 9 litter-tail suckling sheep were divided into 2 groups at random: test group and contrast group. There were 6 lambs in test group, which fed by maize straw fermented by straw splitter and 3 lambs in contrast group which fed by maize straw. This test lasted 20 days, the former 10 days was preparation time and the latter 10 days was experimental time. The results showed that apparent digestion rate of DM, OM, CP, NDF and ADF in maize straw that were processed by splitter increased, DMD and OMD increased by 73.28% and 7.26%, respectively (improved by 4.66 and 4.55 percentage points, respectively), the difference between test group and contrast group was significant (P〈0.05), NDFD and ADFD increased by 12. 44~ and 9. 5%, respectively (improved by 6. 75 and 4. 72 percentage points, respectively), the difference between the 2 groups was extremely remarkable (P〈0. 01). The results above indicated that the apparent digestion rate of little-tail suckling sheep increased notably after using maize straw splitter, thus we could utilize the maize straw in a large amount, economize the raise cost greatly and increase economic benefit.
