中医药治疗艾滋病相关性腹泻临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察艾灸疗法和参苓白术丸治疗艾滋病相关性腹泻的临床疗效。方法选择符合艾滋病相关性腹泻诊断标准患者122例,按行政村整群抽样随机分为艾灸治疗组41例、中药治疗组47例、西药对照组34例,分别采用艾灸、中药、西药治疗,1个月为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,停药后观察4个月。结果艾灸组治愈23例,显效5例,好转10例,无效3例,有效率92.7%;中药组治愈21例,显效6例,好转18例,无效2例,有效率95.7%;西药组治愈3例,显效7例,好转14例,无效10例,有效率70.6%。艾灸组和中药组疗效优于西药组,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾灸疗法和参苓白术丸对艾滋病相关性腹泻具有确切的疗效,能改善艾滋病患者的生活质量,且安全性好。Objective To observe the curative effect of moxibustion and Shenlingbaizhu pills in treating AIDS associated diarrhea. Methods 122 patients with AIDS associated diarrhea were chosen and divided into moxibustion group （41 eases）, traditional Chinese medicine group （47 eases） and western medicine group （34 eases） by village randomly duster sampling. Three groups were treated with moxibustion, traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine respectively for two courses of treatment with one month as one course and had been observed for four monthes after stopping medicines. Results Out of the 41 eases in moxibustion group, 23 eases were cured, 5 eases were markedly effective, 10 eases effective, 3 eases non-effective, and the curative rate was 92.7%. Out of the 47 eases in Shenlingbaizhu pills group, 21 eases were cured, 6 eases were markedly effective, 18 cases effective, 2 eases non-effective, and the curative rate was 95.7%. Out of the 34 eases in western medicine group, 3 eases were cured, 7 eases were markedly effective, 14 eases effective, 10 eases non-effective, and the curative rate was 70.6%. The curative effect of moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine were better than that of western medicine （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of moxibustion and Shenlingbaizhu pills are definite to AIDS associated diarrhea. The treatment can improve the quality of life of AIDS patients with good safety.
