摘　　要：叙述了超短延时声体波微波延迟线的设计和制作。制作了工作频率４．２ＧＨｚ，延迟时间分别为５０ｎｓ和７０ｎｓ的器件。The design and fabrication of BAW delay lines with ultra short delay time are described.Some 4.2 GHz BAW delay line devices were produced,which delay time is 50 ns and 70 ns respectively. Its feed through isolation is 80 dB,triple transit suppression is larger than 18 dB.
