关于完善丹诚DataTrans—1000系统报刊采访业务功能的探讨

摘　　要：文章以丹诚DataTrans-1000系统提供的系统配置、数据转换等功能为基础,从简化采访数据录入界面、报表输出项目的调整与格式的优化、报刊年度批续订、按架位号次序输出报表等四个方面,探讨了报刊采访业务处理环节中存在的一些问题及解决办法。Based on the system setup, data transfermation of datatrans - 1000, the author discusses the problems and solutions in the process of newspapers and periodicals acquiring in datatrans - 1000 system in the following aspects such as reduction of the input surface of acquisition data, adjustment and optimization of the sheet output, newspapers and periodicals renewal annually, sheet input by shelf - position number.
