摘 要:以宜兴百合外植体产生的小鳞茎为材料,用2,4-D诱导愈伤组织。结果表明,最适合的2,4-D浓度为0.01~0.10mg/L,愈伤组织诱导再分化小鳞茎的最佳条件为:pH5.8~6.2,温度22-28℃。光照强度对小鳞茎的生长无明显作用。The bulblets produced by explants of Lilium lancifolium Thunb were used as a test material, and the calli were induced with 2,4-D. The results showed that the optimum concentration of 2,4-D for callus induction was 0.01-0.10 mg/L. The optimal conditions for bulblet redifferentiation were pH 5.8-6.2 and between 22-28 ℃. Light intensity little obvious effect on the bulblet growth.
