摘 要:目的探讨胰岛素控制下糖尿病对正畸牙齿移动的影响。方法SD大鼠随机分三组,即正常对照组(A组)、糖尿病组(B组)、糖尿病胰岛素治疗组(C组)。牙齿移动3、7、14、21天用放免法测定血清中及移动牙齿的近、远中颌骨中骨钙素含量,并对牙槽骨进行病理切片检查;用生化法检查血清中钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶的变化。结果①颌骨骨钙素含量近中7、14天,B组显著高于A组、C组;14天,C组显著高于A组;远中14、21天,B组显著高于A组、C组;14天,C组显著高于A组。余均无差别。②血清骨钙素含量各时间段各组间无差异。③血清钙7、14天,碱性磷酸酶7、21天,B组均显著高于A组、C组;余无差异。血清磷7天,B组显著低于A组、C组;余无差异。结论①胰岛素控制下,糖尿病大鼠正畸牙齿移动可达到有效治疗效果②未控制的糖尿病大鼠试验过程中有骨质疏松现象,进行正畸牙齿移动应慎重。Objective To study the effect of the treatment with insulin on the orthodontic tooth movement of rats suffering from diabetes mellitus. Methods The SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: Group A, the nature group; Group B, diabetes group and Group C, insulin treated group. After the tooth movement 3, 7, 14 and 21 days, the amount of osteocalcin in alveolar was measured with automatic radioimmunoassay analyzer and the pathology was observed ; In addition, ealciunm, phosphorus, and alkaline phosphatase in serum were examined. Results① The content of histological osteoealcin: In medial,on the 7^th and 14^th day, Group B was higher than Group A and Group C ; on the 14^th day, Group C was higher than Group A. In distal, on the 14^th and 21^th day, Group B was higher than Group A and Group C ; on the 14^th day, Group C was higher than Group A. The others had no significantly statistical variance. ②The content of osteocalcin in serum had no significantly statistical variance. ③The serum calcium on the 7^th and 14^th day and alkaline phosphatase on the 7^th and 21^th day Group B was higher than Group A and Group C; the serum phosphorus on the 7^th The serum phosphorus of Group B was lower than Group A and Group C;The others had no significantly statistical variance. Conclusion ① Under the treatment with insulin, the orthodontic tooth movement of diabetic rats could be effective. But the blood glucose should be strictly controlled and their clinical symptoms should be also carefully observed. ②The diabetic rats without treatment showed a tendency of osteoporosis, therefore, orthodontic tooth movement should be careful.
