摘　　要：以电度表表盖为研究对象,运用MoldFlow软件对其浇口位置、熔接痕和排气系统进行了优化分析,从中得到了最佳浇口位置和模具的相关结构,对同类模具设计有一定的借鉴作用。Taking electrical meter cover as an example,its gate position,melt trace and exhausting system were optimized and analyzed, which the best gate position and correlative mold structure were obtained. It provided an certain reference to the design of similar injection mold.
