摘 要:采用瞬间液相扩散复合原理生产钢质蜂窝夹芯减振板的关键问题之一是中间夹层助复剂的选择和配制。采用正交设计方法设计了一种以铜为基体元素、锌为主要合金元素,再添加微量元素和稀土铈,以降低熔点,提高润湿性和塑性,并可在中低温下使用的助复剂。利用瞬间液相扩散复合原理及特点,使用这种自制的助复剂对蜂窝夹芯减振板进行了复合,并测试了其力学性能和减振性能。结果表明,设计的蜂窝夹芯减振板可满足力学性能要求并提高了减振性能。One of the problems experienced in transient liquid diffusion bonding for carbon steel sandwich panels is the interlayer bonding assistant coat. A bonding assistant coat used below 850 ℃ has been developed by using quadratic regression orthogonal design of five factors. It contains copper as basic element and zinc as main alloy element. Other microelement and rare earth element Ce are added to decrease the melting point and to obtain a better wetting and high plasticity. Based on the theory of transient liquid diffusion bonding, the vibration damping carbon steel sandwich panels were bonded by using self-made bonding assistant coat. The mechanical and vibration damping performances were determined, The results show that the mechanical performances are satisfactory and the vibration damping performance has been improved.
