摘　　要："病痰饮者,当以温药和之",是张仲景提出的治疗痰饮病的大法。脾失健运,水精不能四布,是引起痰饮病的主要原因,总属阳虚阴盛,本虚标实之候。温通阳气为治本之法,另外,根据痰饮之部位不同又有发汗、利小便、攻逐水饮、扶正祛饮之法。It should be used by warm drugs to treat diseases of phlegm and fluid-retention, that is treatment principle in treating diseases of phlegm and fluid put forward by Zhang Zhong-jing. disfunction of the spleen in transport result in retention of water-damp,this is the main cause in diseases of phlegm and fluid-retention, it belong to deficiency of yang with hyperactivity of yin and deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. Activating Yang and Qi is treating the fundamental aspect of disease,Diaphoresis and inducing diuresis and expelling water and Reinforcing Body Resistance can be used by the phlegm and fluid in different regions.
