偏振红外光治疗急慢性疼痛100例分析

摘　　要：目的采用量化指标观察分析偏振红外光治疗急慢性疼痛的效果。方法使用波长为0.7～1.6μm的偏振红外光照射患者特定组织或痛点,选择不同频率、强度、时间进行治疗。结果VAS评分:P值<0.05,治疗总有效率为92%。结论偏振红外光治疗各种急慢性疼痛疗效肯定,并可缓解因疼痛对患者睡眠、日常生活、与人交往和生活兴趣的影响,提高生活质量。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of polarized infrared light in treatment of acute and chronic pain with the quantified index. Methods The polarized infrared light with the wave length of 0.7-1,6μm was to irradiate the special tissues or aching points of patient,with different frequency, intensity and time, Results VAS scoring：P〈0.05, the total efficient rate was 92% .Conclusion The polarized infrared light has definitive good curative effect in treatment of various acute and chronic pains and it can release the problems caused by pains in sleeping, daily life, communication with people and life＇s interests, and finally enhance the quality of life,
