摘  要:探讨黄芪当归在肾病综合征时对肌肉蛋白质代谢的影响。方法 采用[~3H-phenylalanine](~3H-苯丙氨酸)肌肉蛋白掺入法。结果 肾病未用药组肌肉蛋白的[~3 H-phenylalanine]掺入率(1.12±0.37)较正常对照组(2.55±0.47)显著降低(P<0.01);各用药组与未用药组(1.12±0.37)比较,肌肉蛋白掺入率均有增加,以黄芪当归合剂(2.10±0.47)及黄芪组(2.29±0.37)最显著(P<0.01);当归组(1.80±0.81)及黄芪皂甙组(2.02±0.24)次之(P<0.05)。结论 黄芪当归可以增加肾病鼠肌肉蛋白的储备,从整体上改善肾病鼠蛋白质代谢紊乱状态。To investigate the effect of Chinese herbs (Astragalus-As,Angelica-An,AG-a composition of Astragalus) on muscle protein metabolism in nephrotic rats. Methods The method of incorporation of [3 H-phenylalanine ] ([3 H-phe]) into the muscle was used. Results (l)The incorporation of [3 H-phe] into the muscle of untreated nephrotic rats (1.12 ± 0.37) was significantly lower than ihe normal control rats (2.25±0.47) ( P <0.01); (2)[3 H-phe] incorpo-ration into the muscle were significantly higher in nephrotic rats treated with As added An (2.10 ±0.47) and As (2.29± 0.37)( P <0.01),An(1.80±10.81) and AG (2.02±0.24)( P <0.05) than untreated nephrotic rats. Conclusion As and An can increase the reserve of muscle protein and improve the metabolic disorder of protein in nephrotic rats.
