摘  要:基于气固两相流理论,引入有效气体常数及有效比热容比等参数,修正了活塞环组的气流方程。应用该方程,并考虑活塞的二阶运动,研究了沙尘颗粒含量对活塞环运动及漏气的影响。计算结果表明:沙尘颗粒进入活塞环组后,活塞环的扭转运动加剧;活塞环组的环腔气压随着沙尘含量的增大而减小;活塞环组的漏气量增大,并且随着沙尘颗粒含量的增大,漏气量也随之增加。Based on the theory of gas-solid two-phase fluid, parameters of effective gas constant and effective specific heat ratio were introduced to modify gas flow equation for entire ring pack. The influence of sand and dust particles on piston ring dynamics and blow-by was studied by taking into account the piston secondary motion. It is found that the ring twist is aggravated when particles entrainment in ring pack. The inter-ring gas pressure decreases with the increasing of sand and dust particles concentration. Meanwhile, increasing the concentration of sand and dust particles would induce high blow-by of engines.
