摘　　要：介绍了知识发现和数据挖掘的概念及网络知识发现与网络信息挖掘,论述了网络信息挖掘中的关键技术,最后指出了网络信息挖掘应用现状和未来的应用方向.This paper introduces the concept of the knowledge discovery in database （KDD）, the Data Mining, the Web KDD and the Web data mining,discusses the key technology of the Web knowledge mining, indicates the applied actuality and the good prospect in the practice of the Web Knowledge Mining.
