摘　　要：阐述了结构抗震设计能量法的基本概念,并从合理选择地震动、地震动对结构的能量要求估计以及结构的能量贮备或耗能能力估计三个方面对能量法的研究状况进行了总结,指出了研究瞬时输入能量对抗震设计能量法的重要意义.A summary of status of researches in the field of structural earthquake resistance design on energy concept is presented on three parts： earthquake input ,demands on the structure and supplied capacity of the structure. A new approach is proposed for analysis of the seismic response and damage criterion based on the momentary input energy.
