摘　　要：在构建和谐青海的进程中,坚持各民族的平等、团结,认真贯彻执行民族区域自治法,缩小落后民族地区与发达地区经济发展差距,积极推进民主政治、民族文化的健康发展,是改善民族关系、构建和谐青海的重要条件。In the process of building harmonious Qinghai, it is expected to keep all nations to be in equality and comity, and earnestly fulfill autonomic institutions in the national areas. To contract the gap between lagging national area and developed area in economic development, actively prod democratic politic and national culture to be simultaneously developing are the main condition of improving national relation and building harmonious Qinghai.
