摘　　要：青海省县级图书馆改革开放以来有了较快发展。但受各地经济发展水平的影响,各县发展水平不均衡。要适应时代发展需求,县级图书馆应不断加强自身建设,改革内部管理体制,适应时代发展需求。From the reform and opening on, country levels libraries in Qinghai province have rapidly developed. However, due to different levels in economic developments in the regions, the development levels of all county are unbalanced. .To adapt to the requirement of times development, county level libraries should constantly reinforce sel-construction, reform internal managerial system, and adapt to the request of times development.
