摘　　要：我院研制的矿用电气控制开关试验台由多种自动化测试仪器,多种电源及工控机组成,实现了矿用电气控制开关柜整机各种性能的集中自动化试验。自动调压器应用属于矿用试验台项目中的一个子项目,主要应用虚拟仪器软件Lab-VIEW协同其他测试和控制设备,实现自动准确控制调压器输出到给定电压值的目的。主要介绍具体方案,系统组成,控制策略和程序实现。We produced a new group of test bench for mining electrical control switch- board which composed of a variety of automatic test equipment,industrial control computer and many power units. The DC regulator application is a subproject of electrical test benches. It was designed to achieve a given voltage by automatic control the DC regulator with LabVIEW virtual instrument software, test equipment and control equipment. This paper describes specific programs, components of the system,control strategies and processes.
