摘　　要：介绍了数字视频的基本概念;在德加拉音视频压缩卡AVE7200和摄像机的硬件基础上,完成了对视频压缩和检测关键技术的研究实现;开发了包括视频采集、视频压缩、视频检测和视频编辑的4个环节的综合实验系统。通过对实验系统部分功能演示和在实际中的应用,表明实验系统能够完成对视频的学习、研究和开发。The article introduces the basic concept of digital video. On basis of hardware which is Thakral AVE7200 and vidicon, achieves research realization of video compression and detection;develops synthesized experiment system which include video collection, video compression, video detection and video editing. In part function demo of experiment system and practical application, it shows experiment system which can accomplish learning, research and development of video.
