摘　　要：建设文化强省，实现文化和谐发展，是中原崛起的重要内容和重要目标。以社会主义和谐社会理论和科学发展观为指导，构建社会主义核心价值体系，建设文化强省，促进我省文化和谐发展，将为中原崛起提供强大的精神动力、智力支持和产业支撑。To construct the strong cultural province and fulfill harmonious development in culture is the chief essence and important aim in the central rise. According to the theory of socialist harmonious society and the scientific developing perspective, constructing core value system of socialism, building the strong cultural province, and promoting harmonious development in culture in Henan province, will provide powerful spirit drive, intellectual and industrial support for central upsurge.
