企业国际贸易业务中衍生金融工具风险管理

摘　　要：随着中国加入WTO和外贸经营权的放开，越来越多的外贸企业直接面对国际市场，成为地区经济发展的生力军。这些外贸企业在抓住机遇的同时也不可避免地面临着巨大的风险。近年来衍生性金融商品的发展为外贸企业提供了许多规避风险的工具。然而，金融衍生工具是柄双刃剑。目前国内对于企业利用衍生金融工具避险的政策及操作的研究并不多，本文试图对这一问题做一探讨。With the entry of China to WTO and the open of the right to operate in foreign trade, more and more foreign trade enterprises directly entered world market, and become a new force for local eco- nomical development. These enterprises has been seizing the opportunities while facing the huge risks. Therefore, derivative financial instrument is a double-blade sword, the research on the usage of it and the responding policy are seldom seen. This paper is planning to have a try in this field.
